Dan Gibson is the Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Engineering Solutions strategic business unit. In this role, Dan is responsible for all aspects of Systems Engineering Solutions operations and contract performance.
Dan has more than 25 years of experience successfully delivering systems and professional services to the defense and intelligence markets. This experience includes delivering measurement and signature, imagery, and signal intelligence capabilities.
Dan has held many leadership positions at Ball Aerospace. Most recently he served as the Director of Systems Engineering Solutions. He previously served as the Director of Programs and Director of Advanced Systems for Systems Engineering Solutions.
Prior to joining Ball Aerospace in 1997, Dan worked in business development and technical roles at Raytheon in Garland, TX and General Dynamics in San Diego, CA.
Dan holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas, Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Dan’s hometown is Belton, TX.
