M. Andrew Crouch
Vice President and General Manager
National Defense
As the vice president and general manager of the National Defense strategic business unit, Drew Crouch is responsible for the acquisition and execution of defense and intelligence-related programs.
Drew has served in a number of leadership positions at Ball Aerospace including his most recent previous role as the vice president of Corporate Strategy and Development. He also served as vice president and general manager of the Advanced Technologies & Products strategic business unit.
He began his career at Ball Aerospace as a mission and systems engineer. He then served as director of finance and strategy for the company’s commercial space business unit, followed by the position of senior director of operations.
Drew’s career spans aerospace business and strategic development; aerospace operations and finance; technology start-up executive management and financing; and space mission development and systems engineering. Before rejoining Ball Aerospace, Drew was a principal at Becker Capital Management, Inc., a privately funded venture finance firm. Drew served as Chief Operating Officer of VR-1, Inc., an Internet multiplayer game software company. Drew was also vice president of operations for Online Network Enterprises, Inc., a venture financed internet service provider.
Drew holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, an M.S. in mechanical engineering (Engineering Management) from Colorado State University.
