As the vice president of Engineering for Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Jeff Osterkamp provides leadership for many functions that support the company’s strategic business units.
He is responsible for engineering, manufacturing and test operations, supply chain management, technology development and resource planning. Jeff is focused on developing and maintaining the company’s core technologies and capabilities and on developing technical personnel.
Jeff has more than 25 years of leadership experience at Ball Aerospace. His previous roles include executive leadership of the company’s component technologies business area. He has also previously served as vice president, business execution for the National Defense strategic business unit; as the vice president of the Program Management Office; as director of Sensor and Video Technologies, and as director of Advanced Antenna and Video Systems.
Before joining Ball Aerospace, Jeff was a systems engineer at Sperry Flight Systems from 1980 to 1986. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado.
