Reflector Antennas
Ball Aerospace’s high-efficiency, low sidelobe reflector antennas – operating in the 1- to 550-GHz frequency range – are used in scientific, commercial and military applications.
Applications range from the NASA Tropical Rainforest Measurement Mission in 1993 to the GEOSAT Follow-on (GFO) for the U.S. Navy’s Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR); as well as NASA’s Submillimeter Wave Astronomy Satellite (SWAS) in 1998.
Ball Aerospace used its reflector antenna technology for NASA's Deep Impact mission.
