Ball Aerospace Names Chrisbacher Vice President for Information Technology

Boulder, Colo., March, 9, 2011 - Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. has named Scott Chrisbacher vice president of business process management and information technology.

In his new post, Chrisbacher is responsible for leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and delivering information technology solutions and services. Since joining Ball Aerospace as director of information technology in 2007, Chrisbacher has successfully led initiatives to improve program execution, business intelligence and company collaboration.

“Scott has played a critical role in accelerating IT systems for Ball, allowing the company to consistently meet program and business requirements,” said David L. Taylor, Ball Aerospace president and CEO.

In addition to managing Ball’s Information Technology Services, Scott will develop business process transformation strategies and implement the associated systems and tools.

Chrisbacher brings 24 years of aerospace, defense and commercial aviation experience to this post. Prior to joining Ball Aerospace, he held various positions at Sperry Flight Systems, McDonnell Douglas and Honeywell International. Chrisbacher received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1984 from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. Chrisbacher is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
